Warm Weather Shipments
Our products are available year round. During warm summer months, we reserve the right to substitute heat-sensitive items (products that include chocolate) OR for gift items under three (3) pounds you may add an addition $8.50 per item to pay for an insulated container that includes frozen gel-packs. Please provide us with an e-mail address so that we may notify you when your packages have been shipped. E-mail addresses will not be shared with a 3rd party.

Merchandise Availability & Substitutions
At the time of publication, merchandise in our catalog is scheduled to be in stock; however, sometimes we have exceptional demand for some items. Our high quality standards require adequate manufacturing time. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship an item you ordered, we will select a similar gift of equal or greater value. We know how important it is to you that your gifts are received on time, and your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
Debit Card, Credit Card, Check & Money Order
You can use American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Charges to your credit card are not processed until an item is shipped. For check or money orders, please include your driver's license number and daytime telephone number. It may become necessary to contact youabout your order. The telephone number of the intended recipient will be helpful. Telephone numbers will be held in confidence and not used for nay other purpose. Although we cash checks upon receipt of your order, we will make a prompt and undisputed refund upon receipt of your returned purchase or cancellation of order prior to shipping. Make the check or money order payable to "Western Nut Company". Do not include cash! Remember to include all shipping and handling charges. For shipments to destinations in Utah, please remember to include the 3% sales tax. Sales tax rates in Utah may vary by county and municipality.
Assurance of Satisfaction
We are confident you will enjoy our carfully hand processed quality gift packages. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, simply return the unused portion in its original packaging and we will gladly exchange the product or refund the purchase price.
Gift Boxes
Most gifts in our brochure and website are packaged in our award winning gift boxes and wrapped in exquisite seasonal or special occasion wrap at no additional charge. Oversized and specialty gifts excluded.

Gift Cards
Electronic gift cards are available in any amount from $10.00 and up. The card is good for the purchase of goods and other services at our Factory Store, online at www.westernut.com, or at one of our many Holiday Gift Centers. This is no standard shipping charge for Gift Cards. To expedite Gift Cards, add $8.00 for Express or $11.00 for Overnight. Western Nut Company may charge an administrative fee after twelve (12) months of Gift Card inactivity.
