We Ship to Anywhere in the United States

We also will ship to Canada, but you must call your order in, as the website is not set up for Canadian addresses at this time. Please call 801-363-8869 during business hours to place any orders shipping to Canada. 

Shipping Services

We use USPS Priority Mail & UPS shipping services that you can choose from during the checkout process of your order. Seasons affect shipping times greatly - for example the Holiday season of 2020 during the pandemic was the craziest shipping season on record due to all the variables that affect shipping. Granted that example is extreme and we hope to never repeat it. 

We've had a lot of success with the shipping methods we use and the only problems that really affect shipping times are the little details, like correct addresses and zip codes. We recommend that customers take a moment to double check their addresses and update any that they have questions about for a successful shipping experience. If you catch a mistake after you've submitted your order, please use our Customer Service Text Portal using the icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen - that way we can catch the mistake quickly before it ships out. Shipping Charges per Recipient Address

Shipping charges are calculated in real-time. Your package destination, weight and delivery method all factor into your freight charge. Overnight orders must be placed by 10:00am MT to guarantee next day service. Hawaii & Alaska: Please note that shipping costs are much higher outside the continental USA.

If a package cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be charged to customer to reship the package.

 Warm Weather Shipments

Our products are available year round, but shipping chocolate & like products in the warm and hot weather can be, well - super messy. We are always working on ways to improve our shipping methods during those times, so you can enjoy your All Nut Bridge Mix year round, but during warm summer months, we reserve the right to substitute heat-sensitive items (products that include chocolate). Please provide us with an e-mail address so that we may notify you when your packages have been shipped. E-mail addresses will not be shared with a 3rd party.

Shop Now, Ship Later

You are encouraged to do your gift shopping in advance of the occasion. You may purchase your gift now and choose a later shipping date. The shipping date is the date we ship from our Factory Store in Salt Lake City, Utah. The shipping date is NOT the day the gift arrives at it's destination. Please be careful not to choose too late of a shipping date so that it will arrive prior to the occasion you specify.

Merchandise Availability & Substitutions

Merchandise on our website is scheduled to be in stock. However, sometimes we have exceptional demand for some items. Our high quality standards require adequate manufacturing time. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship an item you ordered, we will select a similar gift of equal or greater value. We know how important it is to you that your gifts are received on time, and your satisfaction is always guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

We are confident you will enjoy our carefully hand-processed quality gift packages.
