Chia seeds are native to South America and have been a staple in Mayan and Aztec diets for centuries. It turns out the South American staple is a rich source of nutrients, fiber and antioxidants which may help prevent hypertension, maintain a healthy weight and protect the body from free radicals, aging and cancer. Chia seeds can play an important role in regulating insulin levels. They can reduce insulin resistance and decrease abnormally high levels of insulin in the blood.

All our products are manufactured in a facility that handles tree nuts and peanuts, as well as milk, soy, wheat and eggs. Though cross contamination is unlikely, we advise anyone with a severe allergy to make a sound decision before trying our products.
