King-sized, oil-roasted cashews — 240 to the pound. Western Nut Company's Roasted/Salted 240 Cashews are graded at approximately 240 nuts per pound, making them larger than our 320-count cashews. Each batch is oil roasted individually to a golden-brown finish, then lightly salted. This is the same cashew used in every Western Nut Company gift basket and gift box.
